A Conspiracy of Kindness

It’s one thing to offer kindness to someone who deserves it, but to seek out an adversary and extend compassion, well that takes strength of character. Throughout his life, King David lived with a tension that few of us can understand, but his extreme devotion to God and the people he loved should inspire us all.

Undignified!

Bursting with joy as the Ark of the Covenant was brought back to Jerusalem, King David disrobed and danced in the streets! And who said the Bible was boring? Not everyone liked his passionate display, of course, but David’s response to the criticism is inspiring.
